JB Controls | Sendyne SIM100MOD is the first high-voltage isolation monitoring device designed for electric vehicles (EVs/HEVs) and charging stations. It operates reliably even when the battery is active and undergoing significant voltage variations. This module continuously monitors the isolation resistance between the vehicle’s isolated electrical system (IT – Isolated Terra) and the chassis, detecting any deterioration in insulation and potentially hazardous levels of leakage current.
