Thermostats 7BT
Waterproof 1/2″ Thermostats, configurable from -1°C to >200°C, NC or NO. Klixon®’s 7BT series thermostats are designed to deliver high switching power. Additionally, they can handle up to 15 Amperes at 120 Volts AC and 10 Amperes at 30 Volts DC. Built around a bimetallic disc, they provide precise switching action within a product shielded from dust and other foreign particles.
Thermostats 5BT
Hermetic 1/2″ SPDT thermostats, compliant with M24236/24. Klixon®’s 5BT series thermostats are economical and highly reliable bidirectional single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) thermostats. This configuration enables dual functionality within a single device, such as a safety system and a cooling fan. These thermostats are highly resistant to shocks and vibrations, and are available in numerous configurations ranging from -54 to 205°C
Thermostats 11041 - M1
Hermetic 1/2″ thermostats compliant with M24236/1, ranging from -54°C to 288°C. These Klixon® M1/11041 thermostats are engineered to provide exceptional resistance to vibrations and shocks, ensuring reliable switching for your demanding applications. To prevent any risk of condensation or contamination, these thermostats are filled with an inert gas (nitrogen) before sealing. Additionally, this operation also enhances the dielectric characteristics of the Klixon® by preventing oxidation of the contacts.
Thermostats M2
Low-differential hermetic thermostats for temperature monitoring applications compliant with M24236/20. To prevent any risk of condensation or contamination, these thermostats are filled with an inert gas (nitrogen) before sealing. This operation also enhances the dielectric characteristics of the Klixon® by preventing oxidation of the contacts. The Klixon® M2 thermostat is the ideal choice when narrow and reliable differential switching is essential.
Thermostats 4344
Pre-set automatic reset thermostats, hermetic 1/2″, rated up to 7A, NC or NO, from -54°C to 288°C, solder terminals, multiple mounting options, available in ‘1 shot’. This Klixon® 4344 series thermostat is based on a bimetallic disc, enabling precise switching. Moreover, this feature ensures a reliable and consistent operating temperature over a large number of cycles.
Thermostats 4391
Hermetic 1″ thermostats with high switching power (14A/30VDC). The 4391 series thermostats are the most versatile in the Klixon® lineup. They are available with automatic or manual reset options, in unipolar unidirectional or bidirectional versions. Additionally, they are offered with an overmolding option.
Thermostats 3BT & 4BT
Miniature hermetic quick-action thermostats (<1g), available with solder terminals or wires, screw-in or adhesive versions, compliant with M24236/13 & /19. The Klixon® 3BT & 4BT series thermostats are the smallest and lightest thermostats ever developed. These features enable them to achieve an extremely rapid response time. Furthermore, they are designed to withstand particularly demanding applications in terms of shock and vibration resistance.
